MR-Vergadering bijwonen? Dat kan!

Beste ouder, leerling of medewerker,

Vanwege de huidige omstandigheden vergadert de MR op afstand. Dat maakt het volgen van de vergadering door toeschouwers wellicht lastiger, maar kan het ook laagdrempeliger maken. Om meer openbaarheid te creëren, is er vanaf nu een procedure opgesteld om het volgen van de vergaderingen te verduidelijken. De procedure zal ik hieronder schetsen:

Circa een week voor de vergadering verschijnt de agenda op de MR-pagina op de website. Besluit je de vergadering te willen volgen, dan kun je je aanmelden via het secretariaat door een e-mail te versturen naar ondergetekende via zepperoijakkers@protonmail.com. Dit kan tot uiterlijk 18:00u op de dag van de vergadering. Je ontvangt dan voor aanvang van de vergadering een uitnodiging voor het openbare deel van de vergadering via MS Teams.

Deze vergadering vindt plaats op 13 juli aanstaande. Het openbare deel zal om 19:30u starten.

Eventuele vragen mogen uiteraard worden gesteld via de e-mail.
